(Berea) – Cleveland football fans look forward to today all year long, as it’s the start of Browns training camp.
Browns CEO Joe Banner says they’re trying to improve the fan experience this year by changes in terms of the look and the feel of things in Berea. He says you’ll see new tents, a new perimeter fence, along with new merchandising and food options for fans.
As far as what fans will see on the field, Banner says that won’t change much, other than the difference in coaching styles now that Rob Chudzinski has taken over for former head coach Pat Shurmur.
Once again, there will be only one practice session on the field each day, as prescribed by the agreement with the NFL Players Association. Most of those practices, including today’s, will be from 4-6:30 p.m.
Fans can park on the campus of Baldwin Wallace University near the intersection of Beech Street and Bagley Road. Parking will be limited through July 29 because of events for the National Senior Games being held on the BW campus.
