(Cleveland) - A Cuyahoga County Corrections officer was indicted on bribery charges today after prosecutors said he did favors for inmates.
Prosecutors claim 40-year-old Tim Thomas received at least $2,000 in cash and a used car worth $500. In return, Thomas gave inmates special treatment.
A grand jury has charged Thomas with 10 counts including tampering with records, and bribery.
Thomas was taken into custody by Cleveland Police, and is being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail for arraignment.
