(Parma)- Police are releasing new information about the April 7, 2014 arrest of a suspect who detectives say was arrested after a meth lab was found in his vehicle.
The suspect has been identified as 43 year-old John A. Chandler of Wooster, Ohio. He is currently being held at the Parma Police Detention Center on a $100,000 bond on a charge of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a second degree felony.
Chandler is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in front of Judge Deanna O’Donnell on April 15, 2014 at 11:30am.
Parma Police closed a stretch of Snow Road Monday morning while they investigated the case.
Both the eastbound and westbound lanes were closed around 7 a.m. between Woolman Court and Chevrolet Boulevard.
Meth labs are known to be very toxic and dangerous, and can easily explode.
