Winter Sets a 30-year Record

(Cleveland)- Northeast Ohio's bitter cold winter is setting a 30-year record.

The National Weather Service says a low temperature yesterday of five-degrees-below-zero was the tenth sub-zero day of the year, the most since the winter of 1983-84, when there were 12.

It's only the ninth winter in more than 100 years with ten or more sub-zero days.
